Is it just me, or have the writers on Home and Away forgotten that Amanda Vale is a murderous whore?

See, not Tasha (but someone who concked Josh on the noggin and shot him). What does Morag have to do with this? Who did it? Why couldn't it just be Amanda to get rid of her? Seriously, how else would she have gotten her finger print IN his blood? And who would bury the gun that shallow?

So, Tasha has admitted to shooting Josh, and that much I knew because I know these sort of things, you know. But did she kill him? Ah ha! No. Because (in my theory) they will find that the shot did not kill him, it was the smack to the skull that they carefully brought up in this episode.

No one in the show! Well, no one that is a suspect anyway. Who cares? Amanda seems guilty as hell, but that would be too obvious no, wouldn't it.
Firstly, though, why is one of Amanda's ex-lovers, who would obviously have trouble being objective, doing the interviewing? Don't they have other cops in this town? Then who are all those people walking around in the background?
Why would they not arrest her after finding her fingerprint in Josh's blood? I mean seriously. And taking off? Yeah. Right. It took her taking off for them to arrest her. It's about time Amanda left the show anyway, there is no way in this world she should be able to redeem herself without some jail time. She killed (indirectly, but purposefully) What's-His-Name, assaulted Morag, stole, lied and a thousand other illegal activities. I wish I had started this blog back then. Remember people,s he's done many a illegal thing! If she is redeemed then what the writers are saying is that you can commit many atrocities, including murder, and get away with it as long as people forgive you! Isn't that what always happens in H&A? Oh, and don't forget tricking Scott into thinking that she was pregnant, marrying a man for his money (that is illegal, right?) and failing to tell Scott that Hailie's baby was his?
